Riverside Walk 2024

Great news! Horsham’s popular Annual Riverside Walk will take place on Sunday 15th September 2024.

This years event will start from Tanbridge House School, at 10.00am and THIS IS OUR INVITATION TO YOU to take part in this community event. The event is open to all, so please spread the word, the registration details are given below.

Over 200 people took part in September 2023, with many commenting about the sense of community spirit and seeing parts of Horsham they hadn’t known about.
Joint District Commissioners, Jo Sands and Dave Hatton, said, “We are really pleased to be able to run this event again and we very much look forward to seeing you on the 15th.”

Of course the route of the Walk can be enjoyed for exercise and well-being by anyone at any time of year. It is also good for spotting the changes in trees, hedges, crops and wildlife as seasons change. Maps and directions can be found on the HTCP website www.horsham.community

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
